The RRPL Ongoing Book Sale
The RRPL Ongoing Book Sale is a great way to recycle and/ or restock your “home library” while supporting the library and ultimately your community. The Ongoing Book Sale is located in the lobby of the library and is open to the public during library hours. Library personnel at the Greeter’s desk can direct you as to where to place donated items.
We Accept Donations
We accept donated hardcover, paperback, and children’s books, audiobooks, CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays, in good condition. We DO NOT accept magazines, puzzles, textbooks, vinyl records, or encyclopedias. All donated items become the property of the RRPL.

Proceeds from the Ongoing Book Sale will be directed to the Friends of the RRPL, whose mission is funding library services, programming, and programming equipment that the library otherwise could not afford.
Our sincere thanks go out to the many patrons who have donated items for resale over the years and to the legacy of the RRPL Women’s Committee who started the ongoing book sale 67 years ago and continue to sort and shelve donated items.
Everyone is welcome to join the Friends of the Rocky River Public Library: individuals, families, businesses, and organizations who value the library as a community asset.
